10th Annual OBX Brewtag

The OBX Brewtag is a free, high-energy, family-friendly festival that celebrates flight and innovation in honor of Francis Rogallo, inventor of the flexible wing. The event’s centerpiece is a hilarious and thrilling competition where teams launch homemade flying machines—built around empty keg barrels—off a 20-foot platform, accompanied by live music, local food, a beer garden, and kids' activities. All proceeds support the Rogallo Foundation's mission to preserve aviation history and fund the future Rogallo Museum.
